Aluminum Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder.
The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.
It is an advanced method of applying a protective and decorative finish to a wide range of materials. The powder coating on the aluminum helps to enhance the ability of the metal to resist corrosion and damage from the elements.

In the powder coating process, aluminum profiles are cleaned and chromatid, and then transferred to a spraying booth where an electrostatically charged polyester powder is sprayed on profiles under controlled parameters. Next, the profiles are cured in a special oven to achieve a hard, uniform and well bonded powder coated film.
